You will learn face-to-face with support from your tutor through demonstrations, practical activities, discussions and individual or group tasks. Activities may include workplace scenarios, practical written tasks, digital activities and opportunities to reflect on your own goals. As this is a qualification course, you may also complete assessments, portfolio work or assignments as part of your learning.

You will work towards the recognised qualification: BTEC First Award in Business Level 1/2. Your tutor will explain the assessment requirements and support you to build the evidence needed during the course.
