You’ll learn how digital marketing is used to promote products, services and organisations. Topics may include audiences, online channels, content planning, social media, campaign messages and reviewing the effectiveness of digital activity.

You will learn face-to-face with support from your tutor through demonstrations, practical activities, discussions and individual or group tasks. Activities may include workplace scenarios, practical written tasks, digital activities and opportunities to reflect on your own goals. As this is a qualification course, you may also complete assessments, portfolio work or assignments as part of your learning.
