Study hospitality and tourism in the evening and develop skills for a fast-paced industry. It is designed for adults who need a flexible evening study option while developing skills for employment, progression or further learning.

You’ll learn about the hospitality and tourism industries, customer service, workplace expectations, teamwork, communication and practical skills that can support progression into further study or entry-level roles.
Prosp What Will I Learn
You will learn in evening sessions with support from your tutor through demonstrations, practical activities, discussions and individual or group tasks. Activities may include role play, case studies, practical tasks and opportunities to reflect on real workplace situations. As this is a qualification course, you may also complete assessments, portfolio work or assignments as part of your learning.
Prosp How Will I Learn
You will work towards the recognised qualification: Pearson BTEC Level 1 Introductory Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism. Your tutor will explain the assessment requirements and support you to build the evidence needed during the course.
Prosp Qualification
You may progress to further customer service, hospitality, tourism or employability courses, apprenticeships, volunteering, or entry-level roles in service-focused settings.
