Gain the basic skills needed to provide great customer service in a range of settings. It is suitable if you are ready to work towards a Level 1 course and want to develop knowledge, confidence and practical skills in customer service, hospitality and tourism.
Prosp Is This Right For Me
You’ll learn how to communicate with customers, respond to different needs, handle queries, work professionally, understand customer expectations and develop the behaviours needed to provide good service.
Prosp What Will I Learn
You will learn face-to-face with support from your tutor through demonstrations, practical activities, discussions and individual or group tasks. Activities may include role play, case studies, practical tasks and opportunities to reflect on real workplace situations. As this is a qualification course, you may also complete assessments, portfolio work or assignments as part of your learning.

You will work towards the recognised qualification: Pearson BTEC. Your tutor will explain the assessment requirements and support you to build the evidence needed during the course.

You may progress to further customer service, hospitality, tourism or employability courses, apprenticeships, volunteering, or entry-level roles in service-focused settings.
