This course aims toconsider different ways to manage thoughts, emotions - and life - through the ancient philosophy and practice of mindfulness. Each week we explore different techniques for different situations, which includes navigating tricky moments, with tips to help manage anxiety and overwhelm. This course is aimed at people who would like to maintain and sustain good mental health and well-being. It is not suitable for those experiencing a mental health crisis or with a severe or enduring mental health consideration.
