You will learn through tutor‑led activities, group work, role‑plays, reading tasks and worksheets, using resources such as printed materials, audio clips, dictionaries, digital tools and practical task sheets.

This course does not give you a formal qualification. However, it prepares you for future learning such as Functional Skills English or ESOL qualifications. You will receive feedback on your progress and a certificate of achievement.
