Dive into the world of dreaming to explore why we dream, what they might mean and some tips on how to decode your own. his course is aimed at people who would like to maintain and sustain good mental health and well-being. It is not suitable for those experiencing a mental health crisis or with a severe or enduring mental health consideration. If you have a trauma-related diagnosis, you may wish to discuss this with the course tutor before enrolling. We ask all attendees to take responsibility for their own learning and only take part in activities which feel right for them.

In this two hour interactive session, we will: consider the importance of dreams, discover why some don't remember them, identify ways to record your dreams.

This course involves group discussion, so you’ll be encouraged to participate through listening, asking questions and contributing where you can. The sessions offer a mixture of theory and practical exercises; there may be written activities as well as the potential for learning through reading, video and suggested apps. Book and video recommendations may also be given during the course. Activities may include mindfulness meditation. The content of this course may be adapted as scientific research, theories or course requirements change. No guarantee of any specific results are given.

You will not gain a formal qualification but you may request a Certificate of Attendance from your tutor, to be given out at the end of the course.
