This course develops practical digital skills for today’s workplace. You’ll learn how to manage work-related information, create, and edit professional digital content, and communicate confidently using digital tools. We’ll also focus on working safely online, handling devices responsibly, and solving basic technical problems that may pop up in your day-to-day tasks.

Open How will I learn?

You will study face-face with a tutor, using both laptops supplied by CLMK in class and with the use of your own personal digital devices. Access to the internet will be required, as portfolio course work will be set by tutors through our online platform. Due to the nature of a Level 2 Qualification, we advise that you have access to a laptop or computer.

You will gain a recognised certificate from “Gateway Qualifications”.
