Unit 425 - Effective skills, qualities & attitudes for learning & work - The aim of this unit is to enable you to assess your strengths in the place of work or volunteering. To enable you to self reflect on what you are good at, and what you need to develop, and to produce an action plan to help you move forward. Unit 429 – Alternatives to paid work - The aim of this unit is to give learners an opportunity to identify possible places to volunteer, both in the local area and nationally. The unit will enable you to reflect on what you can offer to a potential placement, and what you will gain from volunteering. Unit 486 – Introduction to Customer service - The aim of this unit is to introduce the requirements for good customer service. Including personal appearance, first impressions and communication. You will understand how service may differ when dealing with internal & external customers.
