Course Overview
Essential skills for effective communication, including developing healthy boundaries and assertiveness, Tuesdays 10-11.30am
This course is suitable for anyone who would like to be more confident at work or in their personal life. It focuses particularly on how to have confident, compassionate conversations to help achieve your goals in life. This course is aimed at people who would like to maintain and sustain good mental health and well-being. It is not suitable for those experiencing a mental health crisis or with a severe or enduring mental health consideration. If you have a trauma-related diagnosis, you may wish to discuss this with the course tutor before enrolling. We ask all attendees to take responsibility for their own learning and only take part in activities which feel right for them.
