It will support you to develop your understanding of the health sector and the values, principles, skills and attitudes required for working in health, adult care and childcare. This accredited course will support an application for paid work across health and social care sector. To enrol on this course: You will need to commit to regular and punctual attendance. You need to be able to read, write and understand English.

You will complete the following units: Introduction to working in healthcare, adult care and childcare - The aim of this unit is to give you an overview of the values, principles, skills and attitudes required for working in health, adult care and childcare. Rights and responsibilities in the workplace - The aim of this unit is to help the learner understand that employees have rights and responsibilities and why health and safety rules are important.
