Tuesday 1-3pm. In this short introduction, you can learn about the fascinating concept of Yoga Nidrā – also known as ‘Dynamic Sleep’ and how it can benefit your mental health and well-being. This course is aimed at people who would like to maintain and sustain their health and well-being. It is not a therapy session, is not suitable for those experiencing a mental health crisis and not intended to replace any medical advice or healthcare services. mental health consideration, you may wish to discuss this with your doctor, case worker, community mental health team, or the course tutor before enrolling. All attendees are asked to take personal responsibility for their own learning and well-being, to collaborate in a way that ensures a safe learning environment for the whole group and only take part in activities which feel right for them.
