For those who have completed three terms or one year of Japanese - Improvers or who are already at the required level, Mondays 6.45-8.15pm

Open Is this course right for me?

This ten-week course is suitable for the learners who have already learned how to read Hiragana, Katakana and some basic Kanji, how to make and use te-form, and how to make the past tense of verbs and adjectives.

Open What will I learn?

You will learn - How to use Te form expressions (てくださいませんか。・てみます). How to make and use Dictionary form. How to make polite requests. How to express wish or desire. How to describe frequency. How to offer help politely. Kanji and new vocabulary related to each topic.

You will learn during weekly lessons, independent learning activities, and via short videos. Writing and reading tasks will be emailed or uploaded to Google Classroom after the lessons as complementary work for you to do at home.

You won’t gain a qualification from this course, you may request a certificate of attendance from your tutor.
