Gentle seated yoga stretches for those with mobility issues for returning learners / improvers, Mondays 1.30-2.30pm
Seated Yoga poses for learners who have completed Armchair Yoga.

Prosp What Will I Learn
This course will be face to face in a classroom, you will learn through tutor guidance and practical exercise and stretching relaxation. There will also be some discussion and feedback. All exercises can be adapted to individual needs. Important Note: if you suffer from long term illness or painful limbs, please check with your doctor that it is safe and suitable to start an exercise programme.

You will not gain a formal qualification; however you may request a Certificate of Attendance from your tutor.

You may wish to enrol in other health and wellbeing courses.

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing suitable to exercise in. You may wish to bring a pillow to support your back.
