It may be some time since you studied Maths and you would like to brush up on your skills and knowledge in preparation for the one-year GCSE Maths course. Classroom activities will include individual and small group work using games, activities, tasks, online learning resources and teacher-led activities. You will need to do approximately an hour homework each week.

Please bring a pen, a pencil, a ring binder, a ruler, a compass, a protractor and a calculator (CASIO fx-85GTX). To prepare for the course: Make sure you know your times tables. Brush up on basic skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
