Course Overview
Learn more about the deep relaxation practice to help reduce stress and improve sleep
Tuesday 6-8pm. In this short introduction, you can learn about the fascinating concept of Yoga Nidrā – also known as ‘Dynamic Sleep’ and how it can benefit your mental health and well-being. This course is aimed at people who would like to maintain and sustain good mental health and well-being. It is not suitable for those experiencing a mental health crisis or with a severe or enduring mental health consideration.
