Course Overview
Give yourself a well deserved hug and discover how to live well and be happy, the Danish way, Thursday 6-8pm.
Discover the fascinating concept of Hygge, why it’s so popular, how it helps improve mood – and how to pronounce it! This course is aimed at people who would like to maintain and sustain good mental health and well-being. It is not suitable for those experiencing a mental health crisis or with a severe or enduring mental health consideration. If you have a trauma-related diagnosis, you may wish to discuss this with the course tutor before enrolling. We ask all attendees to take responsibility for their own learning and only take part in activities which feel right for them.
Prosp Is This Right For Me
In this two-hour interactive session, we will: consider the purpose of Hygge, list the benefits, consider key ingredients to practice.
Prosp What Will I Learn
