Building resilience to help you deal with the challenges of life
If you have been going through a difficult time, including stress, anxiety or grief, then this course will help you explore ways to be resilient in an ever-changing world. Prosp Is This Right For Me
During this course, together we will: explore what resilience really is, learn how we sabotage our intentions to live a healthy life, consider lifestyle strategies that can improve your mood, recognise the benefits of self-care and self-compassion, understand why we ‘burn out’, and consider a personal resilience plan. The course is taught via Zoom and will look at some of the theory behind building resilience and learn healthy strategies around mental health maintenance. There will be some activities during the sessions, which may include videos to watch or research to discuss, and helpful handouts will be available via our online learning platform. You will not gain a formal qualification; however, you may request a Certificate of Achievement from your tutor. Prosp Qualification

You will need a device with internet access, this could be a PC, Mac, Laptop, smart/iPhone, tablet/iPad. You may wish to download the Zoom app prior to starting the course. You will be given access to our Moodle platform where you may access the courses resources such as handouts, images, recordings of videos and/or audio etc. We will send you joining instructions after you enrol.
