If you would like to learn effective ways to manage your mental health, this course is designed to help you develop tools for effective mental health maintenance. It’s aimed at those who would describe their mental health considerations, like stress and anxiety, as “mild to moderate”, rather than severe. IMPORTANT: This course is for people with mild to moderate mental health considerations including stress, anxiety and depression. If you have a trauma-related condition such as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) or a different mental health diagnosis, please speak to your doctor before joining this course or speak to the tutor before registering.
